Tariff and Consumption Analysis
The delivery of electricity and natural gas remain services offered by local regulated utilities under tariffs approved by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and State Public Utilities Commissions.  CES will provide various services related to the delivery of electricity or natural gas to our clients for additional fees.  Among the most often requested services are:

• Regulated pass through costs are independently verified and provided for budgeting purposes
• Independent analysis in identifying usage anomalies, meter errors, etc.
• Pay-No Pay bill review
• Utility-grade bill audit
