Ongoing Client Services
While buyers have a very high level of desire for a seamless,
hassle-free experience with their energy supplier there are many
instances of errors, and the resulting outcome is not always as
intended. Unlike many broker/aggregator's operating in
deregulated markets, CES is committed to providing the highest level of
support services throughout the life of any contract facilitated
through our firm. Dedicated local Client Services personnel
interact with our clients to field questions, resolve billing errors,
facilitate the addition and deletion of accounts, provide meaningful
reports and analyses, etc. Due to the scale of our operations,
our dedication to information systems, and the expertise of our people,
there are very few energy or contract related questions that CES cannot
answer on the spot and almost none that go unanswered.
CES Client Support Services
- Invoice audits, including verifying taxes and other pass-through expenses
- Support for adding, moving , and changing services to meters
- Address change notifications to suppliers
- Interaction with suppliers on client behalf, as client's agent
- Reports and analyses, including; budget forecasts, backcasts, power factor correction, load shedding, etc.
- Tariff analysis
- Utility-grade bill audits
