Competitive Energy Services procures electricity, natural gas and other fuels for our clients using a multi-fuel, multi-bidder procurement process that yields the lowest available cost for our clients each and every time we are in the market.

All Fuels
CES procures the following fuels for our clients: electricity; natural gas; residual oils; heating oils; propane; diesel; green power; and biofuels.

All Suppliers
CES facilitates competition for client load by sourcing energy from all pre-qualified and approved suppliers using a multi-bidder procurement process that secures our clients the best deals available in today’s energy markets, regardless of which suppliers are offering them. We also bid client energy requirements directly with supplier pricing desks, not their retail sales teams, saving our clients the margins that suppliers typically build in for their retail sales teams.

Supplier Qualification and Approval
Our goal is to make the energy procurement process as painless as possible for you. We have established relationships with qualified, financially-sound and approved energy suppliers in all markets in which we operate. We review their financials and scrub their contract templates before we begin to price with them to ensure their contract terms are customer friendly, and that we are comfortable asking our clients to enter into contracts with them.

Risk Management and Product Options
The management of energy market risk costs money. CES works closely with you to help quantify risks, to understand the consequences of those risks, and to develop strategies designed to manage those risks as efficiently and inexpensively as possible.

CES provides access to the full range of energy products, including fixed price and variable price products, retail and wholesale products, block pricing, real-time products, heat rate contracts, and other products. We also work with energy suppliers to develop new and innovative products tailored to your requirements.

Ongoing Customer Support
Unlike most energy brokers, agents, and consultants, CES believes that our job continues after you execute an agreement to purchase energy. We remain at your side throughout the term of your agreement to ensure that the terms and conditions are faithfully honored by the supplier. In addition, we are back in the market well before your contract ends to provide you with an ongoing understanding of market conditions and to help you take advantage of market opportunities as soon as they emerge.
